Free Yoga Training

We are offering an one-hour free yoga training sessions for new learners to understanding Yoga.

Kids Program Schedule

For kids between 7 years to 15 years old

Schedule:
Saturday: 10:15AM - 11:00AM
Sunday: 5:15PM - 6:00PM
